Welcome to Total Life Counseling!  For more than 45 years we have been serving the needs of individuals and families in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.  With a simple focus of helping others to live healthier lives, we have continued to be a leader in the field of mental health.  We currently offer a full range of Individual, Family, & Group Counseling services for children, teenagers, adolescents, and adults with both In-person and remote Teletherapy counseling sessions across the state of Virginia.
